For over 35 years, A.E. Concrete has played a vital role in the supply of innovative quality precast products to support the growth of your community. The A.E. Concrete Team is comprised of a group of very skilled production workers, engineering design team, dedicated quality team, customer service orientated technical sales team, and a focused management team.
A.E. Concrete is continually upgrading and incorporating state of the art equipment to accommodate our customer’s precast and custom products requirements. Our production facility is on approximately 10 acres and employs about 90 people. We are centrally located in Surrey, B.C. and can be easily accessed off #10 Hwy and 192nd Street.

- A.E. Concrete is a precast manufacturing facility and is certified to CSA A23.4-00 for structural, architectural and specialty precast products.
- A.E. Concrete's Quality Management System is registered to ISO 9001:2008.
- A.E. Concrete's Steel Fabrication Shop is certified to Canadian Welding Bureau standard W47.1.
Certifications – What does this mean to our customers?
You can be confident that our products meet or exceed your specifications for precast concrete and structural steel. When you purchase from A.E. Concrete, you have access to all quality control records that relate to your product. These records include, but are not limited to; rebar mill certificates and lab reports, compressive strength test results, aggregate sieve and density analysis, and signed records of our 4 point inspection on your product.
Consultants / Engineers who specify our products can be sure that they have made a responsible and cost effective decision regarding the quality needed for today's demanding precast installations. Every time a precast product needs to be specified, be sure to include "As supplied by A.E. Concrete or approved equal". This will guarantee that any supplier for your precast must be CSA certified and ISO 9001:2008 registered.
