Terms & Conditions
A.E. Concrete has listed the terms and conditions for your quotations and purchases.
Quotations
- All pricing is valid for 30 days, unless noted otherwise.
- Costs of Bonds are not included in our prices.
- All prices are quoted FOB our yard – Surrey, B.C and exclusive of taxes.
- Freight prices are provided as a separate item on each quote.
Orders
- Payments terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice.
- Interest is accrued at 2% per month (24% per annum) from date of invoice. Interest will be waived if the invoice is paid in full within the 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Returns – Custom orders will be at the sole discretion of A.E. Concrete. – Standard stock items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. – Restocking fees are based on receiving items in “as purchased condition.”
- Cancellations – Custom orders will be invoiced based on work completed to date.
- Custom items that have not been shipped within 30 days of agreed upon delivery will be invoiced in full. In addition, a 5% per month (60% per annum) storage and handling fee based in the invoiced amount will be charged.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of standard products that are not taken, by customers, within one week of the agreed delivery date.
